Use Wishlist for availability & price alerts.
An authentic Mid-Century Modern classic from the highly collectible Lane Rhythm series. Stamped on the underside with Style No. 997-05 and Serial No. 262150, this exact piece was manufactured at the historic Lane factory in Altavista, Virginia, on May 12, 1962.
The Rhythm line is celebrated for its clean, Scandinavian-influenced geometry. This two-tiered step table features a rich walnut top framed by distinct lighter wood borders, resting on solid tapered legs with architectural sculpted aprons. The lower fixed shelf offers open storage or display space.
Condition: Fair vintage condition. The table is structurally rock-solid, sturdy, and heavy. The frame has minor scuffs from age, and the top tier shows significant surface scratches and finish wear as documented in the photos. This is a perfect candidate for a straightforward restoration project, or a great addition for someone who loves authentic mid-century patina. Priced accordingly for condition.
Dimensions: 21"L × 29.5"W × 20.5"H
